The Realstar Group contacted Lite-4-Life to provide new escape route signage, wayfinding signage and safety way guidance systems to one of their tallest residential buildings. This was a major project for Lite-4-Life as we had never had the pleasure of installing our systems in a building that is 47 floors in height. The Realstar Group were very forward thinking by requesting a safety way guidance system in the staircase at the time of install, as recently there has been an update to BS9991 (November 2024) which now instructs developers to fit safety way guidance systems in stair cores of buildings 50m or more in height.

The Realstar Group also opted to fit black contrasting wayfinding signage and frames (Signage for firefighting deployment) which matched the internal décor throughout the building.

Exit signage was also provided throughout in accordance with BS 5499 part 4, and safety signs and notices to BS5499 part 10.
